Donald Franklin Betts, Jr., age 65 of Joppa, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022. Born in Baltimore to the late Donald Betts, Sr. and Eleanor (McKenzie) Betts; loving brother of Susan Wilson and husband William of York, PA, Thomas Betts of PA and Carl Betts of Hamilton/Baltimore; dear cousin of Riley McKenzie of Severna Park. Also survived by other relatives and his many friends.
